Online Bidding
You can log on to our website or download our app to register. It is a simple process that will require a credit card. We will NOT charge your card for any horses won. This is only used to verify you are a real person placing bids.
During the registration process, our app will prompt you to agree to our terms and conditions. Please take the time to review these and reach out to our office if you have any questions. Online bidding is available for both Dream Horse Unlimited Exclusive Online and Hassayampa Horse Sale Live!
Step 1: Register to Bid & Review Terms/Conditions
You can log on to our platform here or download our app to register. It is a simple process that will require a credit card. We will NOT charge your card for any horses won. This is only used to verify you are a real person placing bids.

Step 2: Preview the Horses
Dream Horse Unlimited will list all horses on the website with photos, videos, vet letters and more. The contact information for the consignor is listed on the site as well. We recommend reaching to consignors to talk to them about the horse and schedule any previews/additional veterinary exams you would like
Step 3: Bidding & Maximum Bids
This is where the fun begins! Click on the “Bid” button for the horse that interests you.
Next Bid is … indicates what the next bid needs to be to get IN. Bidding is set in incremental amounts. If two bidders bid at the same time, the first bid that reaches the internet auction computer will be given the amount, and the second bidder will be asked to bid the next available amount.
With Automatic bidding you can enter your maximum bid, then sit back and watch. When you set a Max Bid, the auction software automatically bids on your behalf up to your maximum bid. If the lot ends for less than your maximum, the final amount in the auction is all you have to pay—not your Max Bid. You won’t have to keep coming back to re-bid every time another bid is placed. The system will only bid up to your maximum amount as necessary to maintain you as the high bidder. If another bidder has a higher maximum, you’ll be outbid. But, if no other bidder has a higher maximum, you win the lot. PLEASE Review your Bid BEFORE you click the BID button. Using the single Bid button will not be as quick as using the Automatic Bid.
Each lot will close TWO MINUTES after the lot preceding it.
For example:
Lot 100 – closes at 1:00 p.m.
Lot 101 – closes at 1:02 p.m.
Lot 102 – closes at 1:04 p.m.
Lot 103 – closes at 1:06 p.m.
…and so on. HOWEVER, if bidding is active during the last 3 minutes of the lot, the system will go into EXTENDED BIDDING, and additional time will be added to the clock to allow the under-bidder to respond. Bidding will not close until 2 minutes pass without a bid being placed. Watch the time clock under the picture of the horse to determine how much time remains.
Step 4: Payment
If you purchase a horse on the auction, here is the process:
1. On Sunday AFTER ALL LOTS HAVE COMPLETED (so typically Sunday EVENING or early Monday morning) you will receive an email with the following:
-Horse Information/Purchase Price
-Payment Information
Payment Options are:
***DO NOT SEND PAYMENT WITHOUT CONFIRMING PAYMENT CHOICE WITH US VIA EMAIL.***
1. Credit Card – Add 4.0% fee – WE DO NOT keep the credit card you used to register on file. There will be a button on the email that says “Pay Now”. You may use this to safely pay for your purchase with a card. 4.0% will be automatically added.
2. Wire Transfer – Must send confirmation of wire the next business day after the sale. PLEASE LET US KNOW WHAT NAME WIRE WILL COME IN UNDER! We can’t credit payment to you if we don’t know who it’s from! WIRE INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE IN EMAIL.
3. Overnighted check – Must send a tracking number to us Monday via email **DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE OR IT WILL DELAY US RECEIVING THE CHECK**
We will need a reply to that email as soon as possible with your chosen payment option.

Please note, we pursue any NON-PAYERS with ANY AND ALL legal remedies that we can.
When we receive and clear your payment payment in the office, your horse will be ready for transport.
Step 5: Pickup/Transport
You will need to contact the consignor to arrange pickup or transport for either sale. Payment must be received and cleared in the office before arrangements can be made. You will have 7 days after the close of the Dream Horse Unlimited Online sale to arrange pickup or transport. If the horse is not picked up in 7 days, you will need to make arrangements with the seller to board and care for the horse. Horses purchased through the Hassayampa Horse sale are expected to be picked up within 24 hours or boarding arrangements must be made with the consignor. We are also happy to assist in finding day-rate boarding and hauling for out of state buyers and recommend researching availability prior to bidding.
Step 6: Breed-Registry Paperwork
We send all breed-registry paperwork directly to the buyer once payment has cleared and the horse has been picked up. It is the buyers responsibility to submit registration paperwork to the appropriate organization to transfer the horse into their name.
